The game is a huge piss-take anyway. The majority of the characters are monstrous stereotypes (often formed by citizens of other countires, e.g. the Sniper is your typical Australian from the eyes of an Englishman) or just generally outrageous.

According to ISO standard 8601, the date was 2010-03-01. It is machine sortable and thus superior. I therefore declare this to be the format that counts.

FYI, I am enough of a nerd to actually record dates on things in ISO standard format.
